Dear Supporters,
Across Manchester there is clear evidence of rising poverty and an increase in the number of people experiencing homelessness. Mustard Tree is determined to combat poverty and prevent homelessness by creating choice and opportunity.
I have set myself two personal and physical challenges to lead the way in raising awareness and in raising much needed funds, and I am inviting the business leaders of Greater Manchester to join me!
On Monday 16 May I will be joining more than 100 business leaders in a symbolic sleepout as part of Manchester’s CEO Sleepout. We will give up our beds for one night to help those who don’t have one. We will lead by example by sleeping outdoors to raise awareness and funds for homeless people in Manchester; with Mustard Tree being a beneficiary of this event. And then six days later I will be participating in the Great Manchester Run 10k Run to raise funds for Mustard Tree’s life transforming work.
Would you join me by either participating or sponsoring me in the CEO Sleepout or the Great Manchester Run so that together we can make a difference to the lives of people who are homeless.
Adrian Nottingham,
CEO Mustard Tree
