We had the pleasure of welcoming American hip hop artist Fatman Scoop to Mustard Tree for him to learn more about what we do and how we help to transform lives. He spent some time watching our drama group perform an extract from their latest production, listened to one of our participants rap in the James Hardy Music Studio and looked round our art studio. He tells us that he ‘has a lot of respect for the people who come to Mustard Tree because they have the courage to ask for help and want to make a change in their life.’ We agree with Scoop’s sentiments entirely, it can be a challenge for people to take that first step but when they do, we are here to give them the support they need and help them to reach their full potential.
