Princes Trust Presentation Evening

Princes Trust Awards Presentation Evening with Greater Manchester Fire and Rescue Service

Thursday 12th April 6-8pm

The Prince’s Trust Team Programme is a unique development that enables 16-25 year olds to increase their confidence, motivation and life skills.

The team programme unites people from a range of backgrounds and abilities through a challenging and exciting course.

Team Programme Manchester Team 39

A group of young people aged between 16 and 25 came together to form a team supported by leaders from GM Fire and Rescue, to develop a variety of skills such as team building, problem solving and communication during a 12 week personal development programme that is specifically designed to challenge and motivate young people.

As part of the programme, the group ran a community project from our Mustard Tree hub, creating brilliant textile pieces from noticeboards to lampshades to help us make our newly refurbished Oldham Road building a more homely welcoming environment. They fundraised for their resources and organised themselves to complete the pieces on time. It was fantastic to host them and we are delighted to host their presentation evening to celebrate their successes on the programme.

The Presentation

Please arrive at the venue at 17:30hrs for a 18:00hrs start. The team members will be talking about their personal achievements and experiences throughout the programme. Refreshments available. Register for a free ticket here
