The essential stuff:

• It will take place in Ancoats, Manchester (city centre).
• One person can sign up for the whole team, but you all need to complete a medical questionnaire.
• Team sizes must be four people.
• It costs £40pp + VAT to enter.
• As many teams per business as you like, the more competitive the better.
• One hour time slots will be provided to minimise the disruption to your work day, we will try to accommodate requests for cannot guarantee this.
• All teams will be timed and the score board this year will be released to reveal the winner of the day!
• We would ask for each individual in the team to commit to raising £100 toward Mustard Tree
• This is an outdoor event and will run regardless of the weather (unless extreme circumstances).
