Last December Mustard Tree Creative Programmes Manager Graham Hudson visited Helsinki, Finland to learn about their approach to tackling homelessness.

The Finnish approach has made rough sleeping in the capital city virtually non-existent.

Graham compares their progress with Greater Manchester, and interviews Mayor Andy Burnham, who has made tackling rough sleeping one of his top priorities.
