Conversation Club Volunteer / Little Hulton
Do you love chatting, listening, meeting new people and hearing about their experiences? Mustard Tree is seeking friendly, patient and non-judgemental people to volunteer in our English Conversation Club in Little Hulton.
English Conversation Club gives non-native English speakers the opportunity to practice their English skills in a relaxed setting, while chatting about their interests. For one hour each week, learners can come to Mustard Tree to have a brew and talk about their week, in colloquial and informal English.
As an English Conversation Club Volunteer, you’ll be helping to create a welcoming atmosphere and encourage clients to practice their English skills and learn new vocabulary. You’ll support our facilitators to ensure everyone in the class feels included, whilst chatting about the topic of the week.
Volunteering in our English Conversation Club is the chance to make real change to people’s lives and be part of a vibrant and warm charity. Out of pocket expenses for lunch and travel are provided.
