As the situation regarding COVID-19 changes and new government advice is issued around social distancing, we are making our Food Club and emergency parcel services available for home deliveries.

If you are on benefits/low/no income and need to access our Food Club service or an emergency food parcel – please complete the below form to the best of your ability and click ‘Submit’.

Our shops are remaining open to those who can visit us safely, for food and essential toiletries. Please find opening hours below:

• Ancoats, Manchester: 10am till 2pm – Monday to Friday
• Eccles: 10am – 2pm Monday and Wednesday
• Little Hulton: 10am – 2pm Tuesday and Wednesday (click here to read latest guidelines for our Little Hulton hub)

Important information

  • Food will be dropped off on a non-contact basis, so our driver will leave your items at the front door.
  • Home delivery service will run Monday – Friday.
  • We will do our best to notify you of a delivery time, but there may be variances.

*We accept screenshot of your Universal Credit account, pictures of your benefit award letter or your last payslip. If you have any questions please call 0161 850 2282.
