With Manchester going back into national lockdown, we are making our Food Club and emergency parcel services available for home deliveries within the M60 ring-road.

If you are on benefits/low/no income and need to access our Food Club service or an emergency food parcel – please complete the below form to the best of your ability and click ‘Submit’.

Our shops are remaining open to those who can visit us safely, for food and for those with emergency housing vouchers. Please find opening hours below:

• Ancoats, Manchester: 10am till 2pm – Monday to Saturday
• Eccles: 10am – 2pm Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday

Important information

  • Food will be delivered on a Covid-19 Secure, non-contact basis, so our driver will leave your items at the front door.
  • Home delivery service will run Monday – Friday.
  • We will do our best to notify you of a delivery time, but there may be slight variances.
  • If you can contribute £2.50 per parcel, thank you – otherwise, we will aim to provide this for as long as we can afford (end of March 2021).

*We accept screenshot of your Universal Credit account, pictures of your benefit award letter or your last payslip. If you have any questions please call 0161 850 2282.
